One star is given because I could not choose negative stars. 1) Washing machines are constantly broken. 2) Broken windows needs two years to get "repaired" and broke again in two months. 3) Amazon packages were stolen and lost frequently. 4) Very slow replies from the realty company. Overall, It is extremely unpleasant to live here.

horrible, useless management who don’t care out their property or residents. the building is absolutely DISGUSTING, washing machines (3 for entire building) never work and are never cleaned so are absolutely putrid, property manager will not help or even answer their phone when you need help, constantly leaves the doors unlocked to let people off the street in the lobby and blocking the doors. they even let them use our washing machines. the front is absolutely disgusting littered in garbage, syringes and biohazards. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIVING HERE!!!!! no matter how many times you complain or seek help from management they pull not possibly care less and WILL NOT do anything to help you or make a change.

I rented a bachelor from june 2020-july 2021. Building has mice and cockroaches as of july 2021. management is decent and will have pest control come, but unfortunately those are pests that are extremely hard to eradicate. structurally, the kitchen is so poorly done and is the main reason i had pests in the first place. there are so many cracks and crevices under the sink and it is all unfinished wood, making it susceptible to pests. the windows are extremely drafty, making the winters very cold as well. I had to buy a window sealing kit because you could literally feel a strong breeze coming from the windows. the balconies are extremely dusty and grimy and full of spiders. i didn't have a screen door for 3 months when i first moved in. my closet doors were off their hinges and it took 3 days and 2 grown men to "fix" it (ended up not being fixed, i had to ask them to completely remove the doors and i put up curtains). surrounding neighbourhood is extremely noisy and downright scary at times. the only positives are that the rent was cheap and the space itself was big, but that doesn't make up for the major problems in this building. avoid if you can.

Excellent location, clean and quiet. Everything you need is around. I really enjoyed the time spent in this place.
