Plus side: location is convenient if you have transportation, close to the airport and some outlet shops. Boston Pizza is inside the hotel ( no guest discount), Subway and Cora Breakfast are a 1 minute walk. Mcdo across the street. Also in the hotel there's an arcade-style playground called Carie Factory and it's fine for kids 4 yo and up. All the staff of the hotel and amenities were nice. Site has underground parking. Free on-site wifi (normal speed) is easy to use. Minus: No products in the bathroom dispensers, I forgot mine and had the pleasure to realize they don't have anything in case and, do not refill the bath dispensers either. Pool is cold and stinks (hence why you'll need a showerafter). Babies and young kiddos ARE NOT allowed if they are not fully potty trained. Pool is on the 7th floor and isn't accessible for disabled guests...you need to walk up around 8 to 10 wet steps. Also, the pool's bathroom is down those stairs and your kids will need the card to get back in. The waterslide is covered so you slide in the dark, you don't see what's happening, and we didn't like it. I booked the room that wasn't facing the parking lot thinking that was the inconvenience...to find ou the other side has a TRAIN TRACK right beside the hotel, I'd say 10 feet from their wall and there are trains traveling it. Also, public transportation isn't really good in this part of the city.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with a decent variety, and having indoor basement parking was definitely a big plus. The only downside was that the swimming pool had a strong chlorine smell, which was a bit overwhelming and the train passing nearby woke us up around 5 a.m. Overall, it was a good experience and I would consider staying here again.

This was my first stay at Jaro hotels and I was extremely disappointed. There was one employee who was really rude and looked annoyed that she had a job to do. For breakfast , I told her our number of party. She sat us at a table too small and said I'll get you extra chairs. Chairs never showed up. Had to eat standing up. Went back after ten minutes to ask her and she responded annoyed as if this was my fault. I went to reception and asked for a towel they told me theyd bring it up..never came.It ruined the whole experience. The rooms were ok, hated the shower that doesn't have a door that closes, hated that for lights to work, you need a card in the socket. Only had one functioning elevator...sometimes took ten minutes for it to come. Very disappointed for the price we paid. Do not recommend this hotel

Hotel is a decent place. Room wasn’t too bad nice view, my main concern was I booked this hotel because it had free breakfast included. The breakfast is boiled eggs that come in a bag, and frozen pancakes. The rest is toast/Creton/fruits, NO bacon NO sausage nothing. It’s a shame cause they give you a paper when you check in to scan a code and it brings you to a breakfast menu to order from? Any ways Hotte it self is nice and room was good but pretty expensive also
