I lived here for 2 years and it was a great experience. Management was always quick to solve any issues that came up. For an old building, it is very well kept in terms of the apartments - they are spacious and bright with huge balconies! It's in a great location with a Farm Boy, LCBO, Shopper's Drug Mart all less than a block away!

Good place to live. Been here a few years. Management and supers are lovely and quick to respond to issues or requests. They keep the building clean. It’s very central and close to everything. Grocery stores are a few blocks away.

Lived here for 2 years. Conveniently located, everything within a short walking distance, Ottawa University campus less than 15 minutes away. Building is always kept clean. Management is professional and efficient. Communicates with tennants on building updates/security. Work is being done to update/modernize/beautify the building. It's well kept. Safety of tenants being proactively cared for (cameras, security rounds and security personel on site at peak hours). Best seats in the house for Feb 2022 Freedom Convoy dumpster fire. The outdoor pool is a nice little hidden gem in centretown!

I've lived here for almost 3 years now. I would recommend it. Very clean. Very Quiet. Management is always prompt when you need them.
