Had a problem with my key fob on the weekend and couldn’t get into my unit. Reached out to Jerome at the concierge. He went above and beyond reaching out to the maintenance man who was there within the hour to fix the problem. While i was waiting , Jerome let me into the games room so I could do some work. The maintenance man and Jerome followed up with me later to make sure that my key fob was still working. I was very impressed and grateful for their fixing the issue with such professionalism

Building is beautiful, new, very clean and well run Parmiss, Jeff and Alex are all amazing concierges and make everything happen effortlessly and with a smile. They made our move in so easy and we can’t thank them Enough The other tenants are so friendly and were so helpful when we were moving In Love all the dogs!!

The staff at Fifth and Bank has made my move in very comfortable and effortless. Parmiss, Axel, Jeff, and Ihsan are always willing to help me and are always very friendly. Alex is the property manager and has been very kind and patient when dealing with me.
