Room was clean and tidy although we didn’t have enough stuff for 3 people inside. Service was excellent from the girl at the front-desk in specs (apologies I didn’t ask for her name) with all the details. Location was perfect too, as we wanted to explore more of the country side of Quebec.

Wonderful spot to relax and recharge after a week on the road. Comfy and clean rooms and we loved to read and decompress in the pool area/atrium! Special thank you to Vicky at the front desk who was super helpful in booking a second night for us on the spot (she also makes a great cosmopolitan 😉) We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in the area. Thank you!

We were very happy with the room and hotel location. I had requested a folding bed (at an addition cost) for our room and this was confirmed by the hotel 2 days BEFORE we were to arrive. We arrived around 08:00 p.m. and while checking in I reconfirmed that we were to have a folding bed. When we entered the room, the folding bed was not there. I returned to the front desk and requested the bed again and was told that it would be looked after. After waiting another hour that bed still had not arrived. I again returned to the front desk and asked for the folding bed telling them that my granddaughters needed to get to sleep. The lady called maintenance and again requested the bed. As I was returning to the room a maintenance man was just rolling the bed up to our door. He did not make eye contact, nor even acknowledge that I was standing there. Instead he just walked away without saying a word. Fortunately there was a bag of bedding with the bed so we were able to make the bed and get the children to sleep. I was very disappointed that we had to ask for the bed repeatedly and even more disppointed that the bed was not even ready and made up when we arrived.

A charming non-chain hotel in a beautiful small town. It was mainly an overnight stop for us on a long journey but turned out to be more than just a bed for the night - it was welcoming, relaxing, had a nice vibe and was really comfortable all around. We were really impressed by everything from the carefully tended surroundings, the two pools, level 2 and 3 EV charging, the friendliness of all the staff and the excellent meal, wine and service in the restaurant. The rooms are not especially modern but are tidy, clean and have all the essentials. Being in a very French part of QC I was a little worried about needing to unleash my terrible French but all the staff had no problem switching to English for us as needed.
