We lived in this building for 5.5 years. Wilma and Alberto are outstanding residence managers. They are always responsive, kind, and professional. Any requests or concerns were addressed quickly, and they consistently went above and beyond to keep the building clean and well-maintained. You’ll always see them doing their thing around the property. Their courteous and hardworking approach made living here a great experience.

We’ve been living at 1755 Haro Street for over two years, and our experience has been excellent. Wilma, the building manager, is great, always kind, helpful, and incredibly professional. She takes great care of the residents and the building, and it really shows. Alberto and the management team are also fantastic: responsive, attentive, and committed to keeping everything running smoothly. The building location is amazing, all the amenities are very well maintained and clean. All this made us feel at home, right from the very first day. We couldn’t ask for a better place for our first apartment in Vancouver. Thank you, Wilma and Alberto, for making this such a great place to live!

We’ve been living at this place on Haro Street for 9 months now, and honestly, it’s been a great experience. Wilma & Alberto are great — always friendly, easy to talk to, and super helpful whenever anything comes up. They're quick to respond and always on top of things. The location is amazing, and the common areas are always clean and in good shape. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our first apartment in Vancouver. Big thanks to Wilma and Alberto for making it such a great place to live!

We lived here for almost 2 years. The building is very well-maintained and always clean. The location is excellent, with close proximity to Stanley Park, English Bay, grocery stores, and community centers. If you have little ones, you’ll always find a place to have fun regardless of the season. Everything you need is nearby. The apartments are comfortable, and the top-level units offer beautiful views. The building managers, Wilma and Albert, are wonderful—always kind and quick to respond to any issues. The neighbors are also great, with some having lived here for decades, which makes the community feel warm and welcoming. We would gladly recommend renting here—it’s truly a great place to enjoy the city.
