We stayed at the Kenrick for our first trip to Banff, and they were wonderful. Our room was pristine; they provide free water bottles, robes, and slippers. we had a mountain-view room, which was a nice touch. The TV was huge, and you could even use it to order ahead for the cafe in the lobby. Speaking of, Analog Coffee is a lovely cafe with delicious breakfast sandwiches - what a treat having high quality coffee in the morning without needing to leave the hotel. And if you do need to leave to the hotel, the location is perfect. Everything in the town of Banff is within a 10 minute walk of the hotel. There is also a shuttle stop right out front to all three ski resorts. Service was also great. The hotel would text us to ensure our stay was going well. They provide ski lockers free of charge, as well as free underground parking. And the amenities were nice - pool, hot tubs, cold plunge, steam room, and sauna. Overall, a great stay for a great price. Would absolutely recommend!

My wife and kids brought me here for my bday and it was great. Found a nice card and chocolate from the staff. Room are very clean and cozy. Reusable water bottles are awesome! The view was gorgeous and right on Banff Ave so walking distance for everything. The pool area......unbeatable!!! Nice large swimming pool, two hot tubs, cold plunge, steam room and a sauna. Only spoke to the staff at check in and check out but everyone seemed very nice. Only thing I'd give a heads up for is vehicle height. I have a tiguan and it just fit. We went skiing and almost put our skis on the roof, that would have made it difficult. Im sure there are backup plans for larger vehicles so maybe just ask ahead. Great spot for families and couples.

My best friend and I stayed at The Kendrick for our first time and this hotel is amazing! From our easy check in, to the immaculate and spacious room and views of the mountains. Wow! Rooms are clean, linens and beds were so comfortable and we both had a restful sleep. We can’t say enough about the facilities-nice pool, sauna and atmosphere. It is a gem in the heart of downtown Banff. Great location in walking distance of nice restaurants and shops. We will definitely be coming back for a visit again.

My wife and I visited this hotel for a night recently. I don't normally write reviews for hotels but leading into check in, our work day wasn't off to the best start. From the moment we checked into the hotel, both of our days improved significantly. Transitioning from the stress of a tough work day to the Kenrick was exactly what we needed. The staff was unbelievable. Whatever staff training program they are using at the hotel definitely shows. Each and every person we encountered at the hotel was friendly and helpful. A couple of highlights of the hotel: our suite was amazing and definitely was worth spending a few extra dollars on for the night. We also really enjoyed the restaurant and the chef came to check in at our table personally. The top highlight for us was the pool, which included a hot tub, cold tub, steam room and sauna. We met one of the hotel owners while at the pool and it isn't hard to see why the staff at the hotel are as impressive as they are. We will 100% be returning again in the future.
