I stayed one night in late November 2025 after coming in from out of town for a business presentation the next day. The young woman who checked me in was outstanding. I regret not catching her name, but it was genuinely the most efficient and painless hotel check-in I’ve experienced, whether for business or leisure. She greeted me as though my arrival was expected, anticipated my questions before I asked them, and struck the perfect balance between professional, friendly, and sincere. And check-in and check-out were super smooth. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet — exactly what I needed before an early presentation. Breakfast at the free breakfast bar the next morning was simple but more than adequate. Parking was free and plentiful, and the location is well suited for business in Mississauga. I would confidently recommend this hotel to business travelers or anyone who values a comfortable stay and a good night’s sleep.

Nice and close to the airport, with covered parking available (though parking is $30/night, which seems a bit steep) Not the newest hotel, but it was in good shape. And there was always someone in the lobby making sure the floors were clear of salt and ice from the recent snowfall Our room was clean and a good size, bed was OK, shower had great pressure/temp. Only issue was the TV sound and remote barely worked. Staff were friendly both at checkin and checkout. Ate at the restaurant once. They could have done a better job staffing it, as the 2 staff there were running off their feet. So kudos to those 2 gentlemen and the great job they did trying to keep up with how busy it was.

Excellent place to stay if you want to be close to the airport. Price was decent and the place was really nice. We had 2 rooms and the person who booked didnt put our name on the second room so they would not let us check in until the person who booked got there so be advised if you are arriving at differemt times. The hot tub was down for maintenance which could be an issue for some people. On the booking it said pool maintenance so that could a have been more specific. We arrived early and our rooms were ready, which was a bonus if they would have let us check in. We ate there for.dinner. The food was good, nothing fancy on the menu but good food. It was just a small area by the bar so not much room and it was very busy. We had the worst service by a younger guy in this area of the hotel for dinner but the best service by an older guy, who was a teacher, later when we went for a drink. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you have to do a night over by the airport. There had just been a huge snow storm a couple of days before our arrival, it was cold and lots of snow or we could have easily taken the fast train from the airport downtown. The worst part was waiting on a shuttle. It took a very long time, over 30 min to get there and our friends who waited later had the first shuttle drive right by and not even stop, it was not full, and they had to wait another 30 min. In the morning we booked a shuttle for the time we needed and were downstairs waiting with 10 other people. When the shuttle arrived at our time it was already full. This is not good when you have to catch a flight. So 4 of us did crowd on and stand and the other people had to wait 20 min to get picked up and then a 10 min drive. So the shuttles need to be better monitored for who is getting on at the hotels and for better wait times at the airport. Knowing this you should book a shuttle way ahead of the actual time you need just in case, especially if its peak airport time.

Checking in was fine. No real issue. Did not know that parking cost $30 a night, didn't happen to see it on the website. Got to our room. The room was very tired and not cleaned well. Multiple pieces of gum stuck to the carpet. The desk had not been cleaned and had smears of something all over it. The walls were stained in multiple places and one spot had been repaired with drywall and had not been repainted or re-wallpapered. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Housekeeping was vacuuming at 9pm. While vacuuming, they continued to bang the door with the vacuum, which woke up our baby, who had just fallen asleep. Then, the next morning, housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:30am, waking our baby out of his first nap. When I answered the door, she said "Just checking" and walked away. When we mentioned it to the front desk, he just said "Sorry" and shrugged. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very nice and attentive. Checking out was fine, didn't know you needed your room key to leave the parking garage... So needed help with that. Good value, but probably wouldn't stay again...
