I am greatly grateful for having the chance to lived in such a beautiful community everywhere’s has its ups n downs they’re really trying to .most of the issues I go through here is because of some selfish individuals I see what tenants do in the building outside the building man some of us can be so terrible we don’t look around n tell ourselves we’re the problem s not the management s but for the maintenance they need some more hands .they have the ability to do better we as tenants has to do better too thank u Jennifer I always appreciate your support ur a wonderful manager keep it up

I would like to acknowledge the management staff at 10 blackfriar; Jennifer and the staff are great, especially Tiffany. I have never had any issues that they did not listen to or taken care of. No matter how busy the staff are, they take time to help you. I personally witness the beautiful young lady Tiffany sat and help a potential tenant go through an entire application (with patience), this is rear as everyone is always in a rush. My hats off to the management staff for keeping the building clean and safe. I would recommend living here to anyone.

My partner and i recently applied to view a unit and 10 minutes after our scheduled appointment, we were told it had been cancelled after we called them twice (no one reached out to us at all and we had been at the property since 30 min prior to our scheduled time) turns out they're understaffed and we were told "i'm the only one working" presumably after she had come back from lunch break. The person had called out sick. No shows and no one letting us know it was cancelled via phone or email... not professional.
