Staff doesn’t do squat around here. Rarely ever see them on or around the property. Always cars parked in my spot and I get in trouble for parking along the curb because there’s nowhere else to park

I have lived in this building for 13 years, and I am beyond frustrated with how the laundry room issues continue to be ignored. Residents have repeatedly reported that people are stealing laundry and interfering with other tenants’ clothing. Management has been told many times to review the security cameras and take action, yet nothing seems to change. Last night someone went through my laundry, mixed their underwear and clothing in with mine, and removed items from my load. My clothes were left wet and contaminated. One of the items taken was a $150 Under Armour sweater. This is not cheap clothing, and it is unacceptable that tenants cannot safely use the laundry facilities. This is not the first time something like this has happened. Last year there was an individual who repeatedly took other residents’ laundry—including my brother’s—and claimed it was theirs until it was eventually recovered weeks later. After 13 years of living here, it is incredibly disappointing that management still has not enforced basic rules or used the building’s cameras to address this behavior. Whoever is doing this should be banned from using the laundry room. If people cannot respect shared spaces, they should not have access to them. Tenants deserve a safe and respectful living environment, and right now that standard is not being met. I expect this situation to be taken seriously and addressed.
