I had a great experience with Annabelle. She replied to my email very quickly and was so welcoming and patient during the showing, even staying after hours to send me follow-up information. The apartment itself was beautiful, modern, and spotless. Every unit I saw was brand new, with an amazing view and a secure building. The amenities were excellent. The only downside is that the one-bedroom units don’t include parking, which makes the decision a bit difficult for someone like me who has a car. Overall, it was a wonderful experience — Annabelle is excellent at what she does, and the property is impressive. 😊

Parkdale Collective truly feels like a wonderful community. The units are new, with great finishing, and wonderful views from the different sides. The amenity spaces are thought out and so nice - fitness centre, yoga room, dos wash, party room, etc. I also loved that they host yoga classes open for tenants to attend, as well as events throughout. Such a nice community initiative. Annabelle was such an outstanding leasing manager! So knowledgeable, kind, and responsive throughout the process. She was so patient with me as we toured all the units I was interested in and even went back to some to review them, and was so informed on all the details of the units. And later followed up with all the details. A lovely building and even lovelier people!

I had an excellent experience working with Xiaomu during my apartment application. Xiaomu was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and supportive — truly exceptional. I honestly have not met anyone like this before. The way everything was explained and handled made me feel confident and comfortable at every step. Even though my situation changed and I couldn’t move forward with the unit, I was genuinely impressed by the high level of care, communication, and dedication. Xiaomu did an outstanding job representing the building and made the whole experience feel smooth, respectful, and trustworthy. Thank you, Xiaomu , for your incredible work and support — it was truly a pleasure working with you.

We had such a great experience with the Parkdale Collective Team during our move-in. From the very beginning, Maria was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the entire leasing process and making everything smooth and stress-free. Unlike other places we visited, here we truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. The building itself is fantastic — the gym is large and well-equipped, the staff are kind and always ready to help, and the location in Hintonburg/Parkdale is absolutely beautiful and convenient. On our first day, we were pleasantly surprised by a thoughtful welcome gift left in our mailbox, which made us feel right at home. A big thank you to Maria and the whole team for their effort, professionalism, and warm hospitality. We’re so glad we chose this building!
