What an amazing experience! We had no idea what to expect. It’s fascinating to see how they make the hotel. Reading some of the plaques they renovated 8000 hours or workers to make and 5 hours to take down. It would be an interesting experience if you actually stayed in the hotel. You can buy a day pass online at the hotel website, not the third party sites. We didn’t explore the village or tube sliding side, but definitely looked like fun! I would be interested to come and visit in the summer.

What an amazing experinence!! We loved staying in the ice hotel!! Each room was unique with it's snow sculptures. Sleeping was amazing!! The sleeping bag and liner kept us so warm. We also enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. The weather was beautiful and cold!! Highly recommend this very unique experience!!

Great place. Ice castle and outside with tube slides awesome. Was there for a wedding. Staff was great. Restaurants people were nice but we had several meals messed up. People done eating before others had food. Some food was not available. Keep in mind more of an off season and we had 20 people at dinner. Was a great experiance and staff did amazing for my friends that got married.

The Ice Hotel is a truly unique experience. Everything is made of ice and snow, and the level of artistry is incredible. The kids were absolutely amazed and loved every moment exploring the hotel. The ice bar is beautifully designed, and having a drink in a glass made of ice was a fun experience. At the time of our visit, the hotel wasn’t fully finished yet, but we knew that in advance and it wasn’t an issue at all - there were more than enough completed sculptures and rooms to enjoy. We spent about 45 minutes to an hour exploring with the kids. There are also stunning ice rooms where you can stay overnight, but we chose not to because we were visiting with kids.
