From check in to check out, wonderful experience. Annie welcomed us at our super late check in and greeted us on Sunday, remebeeing we were attending a concert in town ans asking how it was. She and Mahir were awesome at check out! Facilities were clean, all staff we encountered gave us a hello and a smile. King suites was clean, very spacious, good water pressure in shower, large bathroom. Bed was a bit too soft for me but it was clean and a place to put my head. Shades gave perfect blackout. Pool was not busy both times we went and breakfast had a good selection and was filling. My only complaint would be lack of parking spaces. Good value, clean and good location We will be back!

Just checked out this morning and I am absolutely blown away! Got the king room with pull out couch, and requested a cot (which they had delivered quickly, without issue), and still had room to run across the room! Room was very clean, and impressive overall. Pool was also clean and great! They even supplied the towels on pool deck. Breakfast was excellent. There were many options, from cereal, toast, bagels, eggs, sausage (pork and turkey), and waffle station! Couple high chairs for baby in the breakfast area as well. Honestly couldnt ask for a better stay!

Place was very clean, provided lower floor rooms for dogs, staff are super friendly. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Towels looked brand new. Room was spacious and had great room darkening blinds. Underground Parking was included. Breakfast was included and 24 hour free coffee and tea is available. It’s a 2 minute walk to the baseball stadium. Short drive to the Rideau Canal for skating. Dog waste garbage cans were outside but unfortunately there were some dog owners who didn’t pick up. I suggested cameras out front to encourage them to pick up the waste. They even offer dog waste bags at the reception, so zero excuse for not picking up. This of course is of no fault to this hotel, just irresponsible dog owners. We plan on returning next year.

This hotel was super affordable and we checked in at 7:30pm. They were instantly accommodating and didn't price gouge us because of late check in. They were friendly and very efficient. The room was absolutely gorgeous. I have paid $100 more a night for way less classy. It was so beautiful we just walked around our gorgeous room in awe for the first 10 minutes once inside. The motel was super quiet. The TV worked great, which is always an issue for us everywhere we stay, except here. It was so super clean, the beds were so comfortable and pillow were dreamy. The bathrooms are so up to date and extremely clean. The hot breakfast was fantastic. The servers were so friendly too. Just the best place we have ever stayed anywhere ever. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Ottawa. 5 star +5 more stars.
