I stayed March 6th to 7th.Great services from all the staff especially the breakfast staff. Very accommodating seen we had 2 children with us. Rooms abit small and no microwave. Overall room was clean and parking cost but not overally. Would stay again and definitely recommend to others.

Great value and tasty croissant 🥐 I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet — fresh, flavorful, and overall a great deal. There was a good variety, and everything was well prepared. The only thing missing was some music. A bit of background music would have made the experience feel warmer and more welcoming. Still, a solid choice for a good breakfast at a great price!

Over all not a bad experience but there are a few short comings potential guests should be aware of. There is no hot tub at this hotel. Despite a hot tub being listed as one of the amenities on site. The hot tub presumably broken and the hotel didn’t want to invest in repairing it instead covered it over with a deck. If you are coming for winterlude and are spending the entire day out doors in freezing temps a warm hot tub would be welcome at the end of the day. A better managed and more classy hotel would have replaced the hot tub and not covered it over. The rooms are clean for the most part but the heat didn’t work well no matter how high we set it the room was cold. Also the carpets are dirty due to winter and salt. Again a better property would ensure clean carpets in the rooms after each guest checks out. Somewhat understandable because it’s winter but could be done better. A small gripe but there was no magnified mirror in the bathroom. For those who wear contact lenses a magnified mirror is a must and most hotels provide one. Lastly the breakfast was 28 dollars and was mediocre at best. Steamed sausages and cold powdered eggs. Any good breakfast chain would have been much better for half the price. The hotel is great for its location but falls short of the price and its star rating. For the money the Weston or the Marriott would be better options down town.

My room (King bed with sofa) was clean, comfortable, and had a good layout, although I wish there were microwaves in the suites. The hotel itself was fine, although they are doing some renovations in the lobby, so it's a bit unfinished looking. The service was okay, but I was not offered any water bottles or even the classic DoubleTree warm cookie. Breakfast was not included with my room. $300 for one night should include breakfast (extra $28), especially since I've stayed in a full suite in the nearby Homewood Suites with a full, decadent breakfast, for $250/night. Otherwise it was a fine stay for a short time. Not sure if I'd stay here on longer visits as I like to be able to bring food back to my room and heat it up in the evening.
