I started to live here in September 2021 and I have to say I'm impressed by how polite, nice, professional and quick the service is here. They repaired my AC and changed my fridge in a single day. Donald is always there to answer questions and help out, and he was very nice and professional when showing us the units. The pool, spa and sauna are definitely nice to have under the same roof, and the apartments look modern and are kept very clean. The building is also quiet. The little gym is a nice plus and is conveniently located next to the pool. The terrace has great views, there are nice places to walk around and the building is located within a 10 minutes drive of practically everything.

The building and staff: - The building is very clean, neighbours are friendly, amenities are nice. - The apartments are super tiny. I bang my door on the bed opening it in the bedroom (and I have a double bed). - The den is so small that it doesn’t fit a bed, although they charge as much as a two bedroom apt. - In general when things break they fix it fast. - This building has no bugs, mold, cockroaches or ants. - The garbage chute and garbage bin area are kept clean. - The bike storage is very dirty, hasn’t been cleaned in years. - Garage is washed twice a year. - Terrace is nice, but bbq grill is always super dirty. I am not sure if they clean it. - they change the air filter every six months and clean air ducts every 3 years, but there are lots if lint that come out of it. - they clean balcony glass and windows every spring. - apt is sound proof. You don’t hear people walking in the apt above, and you don’t hear your neighbours through the walls. You can hear people talking in the corridor, or a dog barking at the balcony, but usually is very quiet. Summary: The building itself is decent, but very pricey for the size of the apt. Common areas are kept clean. Staff is friendly and fully bilingual. Building would be 4 stars. *** The company Brigil: They take forever to respond emails and to solve issues. Accounting team took 8 months to return my money after my initial request after several follow ups. beware of rental clauses…If they offer you a promotion they will apply the rent increase after a year over the full amount from contract, not over the discounted amount you are paying. Beware of PADs. I have been charged twice for my rent. I had cancelled my pre authorized payment and paid my rent as e-transfer, as per instructions from accounting team. Two days later after I paid my rent, Brigil automatically withdrew money from my account without my consent and authorization. I wrote to them and called several times, but no one responded. I am still waiting for Brigil to return my money, and I will keep following up until they give me back what they took without my consent. I wonder how long it will take to get my money back, since last time took me 8 months for them to refund me for another amount… This awful customer service from head office makes the “luxury” experience invalid. Costumer Service and adm services would be 0 stars. *Update: Received my money back. After two weeks of the double dipping occurred on the first of the month, I received my refund. Thank you Mme Leger! She is the only one in that accounting team that provides proper service!

Been living here for 2 years and coming to 3 now. In general it is a high quality building, as it was built pretty recently, but that is where the good things end. Luxury price, nice neighbours, normal treatment. Bike room is overcrowded and full of trash left by the apartment people. When I asked to be moved or for people to clear that trash I got a menacing response to "vacate the bike room". Note the bike room has dangerous levels of trash piled up higher than me, including glass. Pool is always under maintenance, not much to say there, and it is also extremely rusty. Your hands will be orange when touching any of the railings. I was doing a project that required hammering that was 2 days. Nails on wood. It was loud, but it was not long, and I did it during normal hours. I got complains immediately stating that I was doing that for weeks, even though during that time I was out of the country. They didn't listen and asked me to continue the project in the parking lot downstairs. Clearly I got the blame for someone that was hammering non-stop while I was gone. They take out the trash out by dragging the containers with a truck for them to be piked up by the trash department. The problem is when they do it. Early in the morning on saturdays!!! Wakes everyone up when the sun is still raising or barelly visible. Fire alarm goes off often, and it is inside each unit. This will absolutely destroy your pets hearing. Often the cause is someone smoking in the stairs. BBQs on the roof are broken, always. One of them even exploded once. What a fantastic time to plan a family BBQ plan. When I moved in, the place was a disaster. There was paint buckets everywhere and they didn't finish the place in general. Bad organization. I had to finish it myself, and some of my walls were left unpainted. They said it was on purpose... One time actual literal poop came out of my kitchen sink. It was so hard it hit the ceiling. Fair enough, they cleaned it up fast, but I have never seen a building with such horrible piping. This has happened on other units too, from what I heard from other tenants. In short, luxury price, small units, non-luxury treatment.

Excellent food, service and view. Definitely a hidden gem in Ottawa. Would highly recommend!!!
