I just checked out today and it was a lovely stay! I stayed for the one night as I was going to a concert at Centre Bell and it was great. Upon arrival, Elina was very kind and friendly and she also was the one that did my check out as well! The room was great - the view was very lovely too. I also had access to the club lounge as an Elite member and it was great. I really enjoy that it is open 24/7 because after the concert, I was able to grab a tea and a little snack!

My recent visit to the Montreal Marriott was exceptionally pleasant. The cleanliness of the premises, including my room, was commendable. Notably, the absence of carpet in my room and the presence of hardwood flooring provided a refreshing and aesthetically pleasing environment. The panoramic view offered a sense of tranquility and a momentary escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The staff’s attentiveness and willingness to assist were consistently evident throughout my stay. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the front desk staff, particularly Julienne. Her exceptional assistance extended beyond mere service; she demonstrated remarkable adaptability in ensuring the seamless operation of the front desk. Julienne’s positive attitude, poise, and diligence exemplify the essence of exemplary hospitality.

The stay was nice. But after 2 weeks of waiting for my 400 dollars security deposit and calling to understand why it was so long and being told it was on its way. I’d receive nothing. I called after the 2 weeks and they told me they had a bug and that they would now send it and it could take another 2 weeks. I had to run after it this hole time as they didn’t email or called me about the mistake. They didn’t seem very apologetic. I unde It’s 30 days to refund security deposit in Canada but still. Never been to a hotel that holds my security deposit for more then 3 days kinda annoying especially that I had to inquire about it.

Cool hotel. Went to a concert at the Bell Centre, which was less than a 5 minute walk. All hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was lovely and spacious. Lots of room for storing luggage and such. Great views of the city. We parked in the garage which had plenty of available spaces. Would stay here again.
