Stayed here for one night about a week ago, it was lovely! Check in was very smooth, the receptionist took his time to explain everything (cost, amenities, breakfast bar etc). Room was very nice, giving 4/5 for cleanliness (I only noticed a dirty spot on the heater/AC unit). Breakfast was your average hotel breakfast but still yummy; pancake machine was very cool lol. Check out was very smooth as well. The deposit was returned within about a week, as expected. I was a bit worried about the location but felt very safe and overall enjoyed my stay!

I enjoyed my solo stay here! I was able to get much needed rest. Excellent customer service, spacious and comfortable room and bed! Complementary breakfast was really good. Price was good for what was received. The only negatives were the fact that after moving the bed slightly there were a lot of crumbs exposed that were under the bed when the room should have been cleaned thoroughly prior to allowing someone to book after a reservation so the cleaning staff need to actually move the beds when cleaning the rooms to make sure that it’s actually clean. The water wasn’t warm the whole stay.

The service was what really set this apart. We were in town for a funeral and had a lot of family to see. We are a big group so we used the eating area for a few hours. The staff was very nice and just gave us very gentle reminders to clean up after and just asked us to not be too loud so we didn’t disturb others. While this isn’t super walkable there is quick highway and airport access depending on your needs. The facilities are well managed. I wish there was more storage space in our rooms but that would be the my only feedback

Good option for a stay in the GTA. Nicely renovated property, rooms on the smaller side but totally functional. Cleanliness was on point. Staff are also very helpful. Only complaint would be that the elliptical machines in the gym really need to be replaced, the tracks are worn and rusting out. Otherwise, great value in this hotel given the sky high prices in the region.
