I’ve been a Marriott Gold member for several years and usually enjoy staying at Courtyard properties, but this one was just average. The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were disappointing — single-ply toilet paper? Come on, Marriott, you can do better. We had a snack in the lobby bar — the calamari tasted fine but was far too greasy. There was oil all over the plate, which could have easily been avoided with a quick blot using a paper towel. For $21, it just didn’t feel worth it. As a Gold member, I also wasn’t offered any kind of room upgrade at check-in, which was a little disappointing. Overall, not my best Marriott stay. Nothing terrible, but definitely not up to the usual Marriott standards I’ve come to expect.

Love his hotel..from the nice shuttle driver right down to front desk staff to the restaurant staff everyone was so kind and helpful . The location is great and my son loved the pool. I highly recommend this hotel and the mall and metro are very close as well. We will be choosing this hotel for all our visits. It has exceeded our expectations!

Probably the worst Courtyard I've ever stayed... The hotel turns out to be fairly far from the airport as compared to many other options. We waited nearly 2 hrs for the hotel shuttle that was supposedly on a 45-minute rotation (even for evening shift). When it finally arrived, the driver decided to stop only at the adjacent Residence Inn, barked at everyone to get off, and left us dragging our suitcases through the complex, only for him to park in front of the Courtyard anyway. A true logistical masterpiece. The reception service seemed to depend entirely on who you drew in the staff lottery: a few genuinely pleasant people, and others who looked like they’d been personally inconvenienced by your existence. Being a Marriott Gold Member means absolutely nothing here - no upgrade, no smile, not even a “thanks for your loyalty.” And to top it off? Housekeeping came knocking at 8 a.m. like they were clocking out early and wanted to make sure you didn’t get too much sleep!

We spent 280 after tax for a standard room with no view in the weekend. The room is clean. But there is no microwave, no slippers. In room coffee machine is old style using coffee bag and awful coffee. The location isn't close to downtown. For such a price, you expect more.
