Have a friend that lives in this apartment and used their visitor spot only to get towed by busters had the worst experience with the property manager got towed on a Saturday afternoon for absolutely no reason. Terribly managed business and the most arrogant person ever over the phone. The city of Vancouver is a disgusting place thay theu can justify a 132 dollar tow bill because some pouty property manager did not like that someone in the building used the visitor spot without permission. I have lived in many places in the city but rarely had such great experience like I’ve been having since I moved here. The rental process was stress free, the building managers Diogo and Ana are very friendly, they are always working to provide great support for all tenants, the units are spacious and clean, the building localization couldn’t be better!

Friendly staff, large apartment size, calm and quiet neighbourhood, hardwood and tile flooring, shared laundry room, decent gym but without weights/bench, decent pricing, landlord is super friendly, and underground parking.

The cleanest building I have lived in in Vancouver. The building manager always was ready to help when I needed.
