The Manager whose name is SANDY is very GREEDY of money. He doesn't care and won't even listen to explanation. Since the start of pandemic, I lost my job and left out of Toronto and never even used the parking space which I was renting for 80 bucks outside the building. On May 3, 2020, I informed my landlord I'm leaving by the end of May so he called the Manager that he is canceling the parking rental by the end of May but SANDY insist that my landlord has to pay till the end of June as well because he was informed late. He called today to sign the form for cancellation and said he has to bring down at his office and if not, my landlord has to pay until July as well. In this pandemic we are all affected, we lost job and we are all stretching our budget to meet our needs and pay bills but come on, can you not just be considerate this time? Why you insist on us paying until June when I'm already leaving by the end of May? What is 3 days or 6 days difference? And while others offers discounts and understanding, why can't you? Where is your ears and heart at this time of crisis? I'm not leaving just because I wanted to, I'm leaving because I lost my job and no money for the parking rental. I am not recommending this apartment, management are heartless and they are not helpful at all. They only care about money regardless, they don't care about human and their situation. THEY ARE INHUMANE.

We were so excited to move in this apartment looking at the area and the reviews but we are not pleased with the service and the type of apartment we got. Building representative showed me a completely different apartment than what we have got right now. The apartment they showed us was newly renovated and the kitchen was newly design with the bigger platform ane many more closets than usual and all the walls were plain and smooth and they promised that you are going to have the same type of apartment. They didnt paid any attention when our apartment was getting renovated and sadly, the day we got keys we found that the apartment was uninhabitable, unacceptable and legally considered as a false demonstration. our kitchen does not have bigger platform or extra cabinets which i was shown before making lease. Fridge is set up in a very wrong direction. Our walls are extrmly sharp designed with concrete which can hurt you so badly even if you touch it. Window frames are very old which looks yellow.The door for balcony is very hard that you can not open or close easily. They promise us that they will do something for all the issues and they have not done anything since 2 months. They are just making fake promises that we are going to do it next week and next week. On top this, you will see water cut off notice every week that building won't have water supply from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. When you prepared in advance and you save water, that time you get a water supply regardless of the notice given and when you dont save water that time there is actually a no water supply. Its really nice area to live but the lake of management can not be avoided and they do not want to take any responsibility what they have done wrong. Very very very unpleased experience. so my recommandation would be do not trust the management here and make sure every small thing before making a lease.

nice location to live but very unsatisfactory service. No management at all. They wont take your complains seriously no matter if its about something injerious issue in your apartment .
