Today, I’m moving out after living here for over a year and a half. The building is very well maintained, quiet, and exceptionally clean. Anytime I reached out to management during business hours, their response was almost immediate. I want to thank Dan and Kim for the excellent job they do here—I truly enjoyed my stay.

I just wanted to give a big shout out to Debbie & Nathalie as well as Mike and Doug for helping us move in. It was a nerve racking step for us to make the move and these rockstars ensured a smooth entry into the building. We asked so many questions and really put the hospitality to the test and they did a fantastic job welcoming us to the neighbor hood. Parking garage is clean and spacious. Parking spots have more than enough room indoor and out! The inside entry is for people of all walks of life, with a ramp and as well as a courteous entry. Buzzer access is updated and easy to use for friends and family to join you in your home! Lobby is clean and quite large. 👌 Smells excellent when you walk in! Mail is secure and safe with security cameras and great neighbors. Also social distancing markers and friendly mask reminders are located through out the building. Couldn't have done a better job! Elevators x2 both cleaned everyday and big enough for 6 people. But currently with social distancing they have put measures in play to ensure our safety! So as of now they are limited to 2 people per. !. Ending this abruptly! But thank you again for the smooth beginning to our new lives! 🙏 Sincerely, A&N

I lived at the Concorde for eight years. Doug and Debbie were really nice. When I had issues with an individual who did not live there, they made changes to the garage door locks to ensure my safety and everyone else's as he had found a way to get in with a card / key he had from his job. I moved out because it was work related. I loved that place.

Worst experience living in 981 Gulf Pl (Concord Apartments). The management is horrible, the managers are rude, never listens to your concerns despite saying it hundreds of times. They are ignorant. They don't fix anything in the apartment and when reminded they will only get angry with you. They are not in the office most of the times even before covid. Always issues with water and heating. Laundry room has old washing machines and some of them does not even work most of the times. There is bedbugs issue in these apartments. Despite all these issues the rent is high. Avoid this place if possible.
