First time in 73 years I've lived in a high-rise. I couldn't have chosen a more organized and thoughtful environment. It was built in 62' and tagged 'modern' architecture. They changed the windows a few years ago, and I think the balconies. Its quiet, clean and either side has a grand view. I have an open white kitchen, and was the first to move in after this reno. The company has been renovating the apartments, when tenants move. The entrance is tremendous, and the staff are fantastic.

The view is gorgeous, apartments are beautiful, and the amenities are plenty. But the absolute one thing that stands out, and that you will be hard pressed to find elsewhere, is the staff. David, the building manager, runs a tight ship and is always there when you need him most. It's amazing to get your service calls responded to in less than 8 hours, and usually, it's immediately.

I have been here almost 16 years as it’s hard to find a place nicer. The view of the river is exceptional, the building well maintained, and the suites are large. Furthermore, the superintendent David is reliable, trustworthy, and prompt with requests. (It’s also pet friendly and musician friendly.)
