We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. We really appreciated the flexibility with both check-in and check-out, which made our trip much more convenient. One thing to note is that you can hear some music from outside at night. Thankfully, I had earplugs, so it wasn’t a problem for me. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and grateful for the warm hospitality. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed 3 nights at Hôtel Manoir Victoria and honestly loved it. It was the perfect winter stay. The indoor pool was actually heated and properly warm, which I really appreciated because most indoor pools feel freezing to me. The sauna was a great bonus too, not many hotels have that. Location-wise, it’s super convenient, right off the main street and easy to walk around. The staff were really helpful whenever we needed anything and made everything feel easy. We stayed in a Distinction room and it was very spacious, with two queen beds and a big living room area. Very comfortable, and great for winding down after being out in the cold all day for activities. Breakfast was also excellent, genuinely better than some breakfasts I’ve had at 5 star hotels. Valet parking was extremely convenient and worth it. The price felt very reasonable for Québec City, and I can’t imagine trying to find parking myself. Would absolutely stay again, and longer!

We had a wonderful stay at Manoir Victoria with our family. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. Our kids really enjoyed the stay as well. Breakfast was good and offered nice options. Overall, it was a great experience for our whole family.

Great stay overall. While the room wasn’t very large, it was comfortable and well maintained. The staff was very accommodating, and the view was absolutely impeccable. The bathroom had heated floors, which was such a nice touch. The breakfast spot is amazing. Delicious food and a perfect start to the day. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. They also surprised us with chocolates after finding out we were engaged, which made our stay feel extra special. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
