I stayed here for 5 days after i moved to Vancouver and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Housekeeping was consistent and made sure everything was spotless every day. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional hospitality. The receptionist, Afreen, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Whether it was answering questions, assisting with requests, or simply making sure I was comfortable, Afreen truly made the stay feel personal and pleasant. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. I genuinely felt at ease throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. It's close by Willowbrook mall too!

Front desk was polite, room was clean. Online check in was quick. Included breakfast was good. Waffle maker is always a hit. Lots of pastries and cereal to choose from and a few hot dishes. Scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausages, pancakes and wafffles.

am editing my review and upgrading my 1 star to a 5 star. When I called back in the afternoon I spoke to Carrie , who really took the time to explain what happened . The website actually looks like you’re using Wyndham to book the room , but you are not , it’s a third party reservation which charges fees and does not refund your money , once you realize what’s happened . Make sure you book through the actual Wyndham site . She booked me for another night , and was extremely patient and calming . About an hour later , Goldie the manager called me , to ensure I was taken care of , and to apologize for how Anna had treated me the night before . She ensured that she would re train Anna, so that she is more patient and can clearly communicate to guests this issue . I will definitely book again This time with just calling the hotel :) Thanks so much Carrie and Goldie Made a reservation through your website called to get a late checkout , that was advertised . Spoke to Anna who was extremely rude , and she hung up on me Called back 6 times I was sent to voicemail She finally answered , asked to speak with a manager and she told me to call back and speak with Goldie the next morning This was Feb 11 2026 10pm Not even sure if this is her real name as he would not give employee id :

Pretty good hotel with friendly staff and breakfast included at the restaurant next door is a nice connection! Love the pool, hot tub, and functional gym in the hotel! Great location to commute to work and back! Hotel is centrally located and is quiet, even beside the highway.
