Great location and cozy space. Everything you need to enjoy your stay. Hard to find nice dog-friendly space in town that isn't a small hotel room. We don't get a chance to use but the heated pool and hot tub are a nice feature as well. We will be back.

Even just accessing your room is very difficult. If you haven't done it this way before, I would suggest not to make this one your first, because you will get a parking ticket before you get your door open. After calming down from the parking ticket, we pull back the covers of the bed to see a giant hair ball (photo included). If that wasn't bad enough, after removing the discusting hairball, we noticed a bunch of brownish streaks on the bottom bed sheet at around the mid body level.(photo included) While doing the dishes that we used, we noticed price tags on the underside that looked untouched, as if they just came from the store and hadn't been washed since purchased.(photo included) When we plugged in the laptop to the back of the t.v. it was discussing behind there. It looked as if it had never been cleaned.(photo included)

This has been the worst two-day vacation of my life. I haven’t had a worse holiday in the past five years. The hotel charges $250 for cleaning, which is clearly stated on Booking.com. But in the room itself, there’s a huge sign saying we have to do all the cleaning ourselves—taking out the trash, making the bed, everything. I simply don’t understand what the cleaning fee is for if we have to do all the work ourselves. It’s not a problem to clean up, but I don’t see why we’re being charged. On top of that, I received two parking fines for no reason. I asked the management multiple times and they confirmed that parking is free for guests. I contacted them again, and they just told me to deal with the parking service. When I found the person who issued the fine, he said it was a mistake in the hotel’s own database. Management doesn’t want to fix it. They just handed me two fines even though I followed all instructions: I scanned the QR code and registered my car as soon as I checked in. It’s in their system, yet I still got a second fine the next day. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. My mood is completely ruined, my time with my family is ruined, and it’s just terrible. $55 isn’t a lot, and we can clean up ourselves because we’re tidy people, but the whole experience is awful. Horrible staff, horrible conditions, horrible parking, horrible place. I would never recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

Awesome location with a great pool right in the middle and a really nice ambiance. It’s walking distance to the town centre, which is super convenient. Only downside is the tricky parking situation—the parking guy seems to hand out tickets randomly, so be careful with where you leave your car.
