The staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming, and their behavior was professional throughout the stay. The location is excellent, which is one of the main advantages of this hotel. However, the hotel itself feels very old and outdated. The carpets are worn, the furniture is old, and the overall condition of the rooms does not match the standards expected from a Hilton property. The air conditioning system is very old and extremely noisy, which affected comfort and sleep quality. The room did not include basic amenities such as slippers, which are among the most basic needs for hotel guests. Additionally, there was no hot tub, which was disappointing. While the staff and location were good, the hotel clearly needs major renovations and modernization to meet Hilton’s expected level

Location is good - easy to get back into the highway, walking distance to some restaurants. Parking lot is big enough, never had issues finding where to park. The hotel is a bit outdated, elevators can take time, the carpet on the rooms and halls can tell many stories. Our room was next to the ice machine, we could hear it from the room. However, everything was clean, rooms are big, beds are comfortable and staff was friendly.

A pleasant stay for one night. Close to restaurants also. Rooms were clean and quiet. The gym is well equipped. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was good - complimentary if Diamond member. I’d recommend staying here if you have business in North end of Toronto.

Perfectly nice hotel. Clean and quiet. I did not dine at the hotel. But, the menu, dinning room and food all looked very good. The negative service review is due to the fact that the King room I reserved 2 weeks ago was not available. Was told they had a shortage of King rooms and only had Double rooms available.
