Great location, comfortable place. Had some minor issues but LIV MTL was helpful getting it sorted out. Keep in mind there is a bar downstairs.

I booked this property through booking.com, I was looking for 3 rooms for 3 adults & 4 children. This particular property is falsifying their property as 3 rooms, which they clearly are not! Instead it’s just a open space with one bed & sofa beds, with one bathroom for 7 people, broken dishwasher & unfixed curtains, direct sunlight on kids during this heatwave I emailed the property manager complaining about these issues Instead he reached out to me through an unknown unlisted number & told me to check out before 11am to be refunded appropriately, however when I did exactly as told, I saw the refund was just 200 dollars instead of 800+ I reached out to me again & told me it’s booking.com fault & he will look into & get it fixed But that never happened! I was scammed by the property manager Spent a day living in that room as if it was a camping in a jungle And lost 800+ dollars due to the property managers scam PLEASE AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS

10 of us stayed here for our friend’s for bachelor party and it was immaculate. The sprawling open space was the perfect set up to host all of us comfortably. The location is great, in a nice neighborhood with a ton of great shops and bars. The owner was very informational, accommodating, and caring when we had questions. I would highly recommend this space for any big group interested in Montreal! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
