Convenient to the 401. Friendly staff. The beds are comfortable. Our room and bathroom were pretty small, with 2 double beds. The hallways are noisy and the walls are thin, but everyone was quiet by 11 PM. Appreciate having the fridge and microwave in the room. The toilet paper is 1 ply hospital grade. In room coffee is horrible, no brand name. When I went to make coffee there was a used coffee packet inside the water compartment of the coffee maker. It would be better to have Keurig machines. Our room did not have a door hanger to indicate that we didn’t want housekeeping service. I was too lazy to go get one. Unfortunately a packet of medication went missing from the nightstand. The gym is tiny and adjacent to the pool. It has two treadmills, one elliptical, one bike, 2 swiss balls, one set of dumbbells up to 30 lbs, but the 20’s are missing and a pulley machine that I couldn’t figure out. The gym is very hot and uncomfortable to work out in. It was 27 degrees celsius one day and 26 degrees the next. No free breakfast.

Do NOT stay at this hotel. We went here during our 4 day winter trip to Canada. We checked in and found a dead bug on the carpet. There was hair on the bed ( a lot of it) and a weird stench in the hotel hallways and rooms. Then we went downstairs to complain and the guy at the front desk ( Marc) and he switched our room. The other room also had hair on the bed and crumb on the bathroom. Room service seemed to use an air freshner when the room was changed. We then went downstairs and Marc said he could do nothing about as we booked through booking.com. The manager never got back to us after multiple attempts calling, and them saying she was at meetings. This went on for days until we came back home. Then, we called corporate and the issue was resolved. The manager (Annie) said she had a cold and that's why she could not get back to us. We were charged even though we did not even stay at the hotel. They had told booking.com that we stayed there even though we left that night itself. The hotel's a scam and the location is sketchy too. Worst experince and it ruined our vacation and Christmas.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We had booked the hotel rooms for a wedding party. Every detail for the guests accommodation was noted by the Manager. The Manager Mr Anmol Datta was very accommodating and came across very warm and polite. Rooms were clean, spacious and had all the amenities we required. The hotel staff, especially Vinita, Marthese and Ivanna made us feel at home. All our requests and requirements were taken on board and dealt with in a very smooth and efficient manner. Would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for everything ❤️

Coffee was awful Need new pillows. Lay out of the two beds and nightstand is horrible. Every time I turn in my sleep I hit the night stand because of how close it’s to the bed The staff at the resturant were friendly We ask for the breakfast to be added it never did. Luckily we were able to use points.
