Really cute boutique hotel. Staff could not be friendlier and more accommodating - really impressive service! Rooms are spacious and very cutely decorated. Do not expect modern hotel luxuries - low bathtub, old shower tap, bathroom lighting not great...the price was right for the amenities in the room, which were basic, though charming. Only feedback I'd provide is to suggest they add a full-length mirror to the room.

I am so taken by this classic hotel. All amenities and finishes were top notch. My flight from Cuba was challenging and Ratnesh was able to get me into my room earlier than expected. When my ongoing flight to Victoria was canceled, again Ratnesh was able to help me arrange another night at the Victoria. I am so thankful for this Canadian hospitality.

Riya was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She went out of her way to help us and made the entire check-in process smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated that she was able to check us into our room early, which made a huge difference after our travel. Her friendliness and professionalism truly stood out, and she made us feel valued as guests. Thank you, Riya, for such excellent service!

Very cute quaint hotel. Love the vintage style decor in the lobby and bar area. Super close to union station and short walk to eaton center as well. Staff were friendly. The room was good can get cold at times in the winter as I’m assuming bc the hotel is old but heater worked well just Didint reach the bathroom as well. Overall love this hotel I would stay here again. Booked on Expedia. Our view was also fine it was of the street.
