Very polite and well trained staff. The place is very bright and clean. My friend that was staying there had 2 little puppies and they made them feel welcomed and comfortable. The bartender was fantastic. A nice blond girl. She was super friendly, fast and a pro. It was a pleasure. And till about midnight you have swimming access to the indoor heated pool. I was hanging out late and people were still swimming! Super chill hotel.

It was an average experience. The hotel is a little dated but it's not a 5 star hotel. Kids would have fun with the water slide though! The cleaning staff were super friendly and helpful. I didn't try out any of the food (was there just to spend the night) so cannot comment on that aspect, but one thing that was nice, was that the ac unit was particularly quiet compared to other hotels I've stayed at.

This is a great place for families. The pool has a waterslide that is super fun, and I enjoyed relaxing in the hottub. If I had kids this is definitely the type of hotel I would go for. Inside the hotel and around the lobby is really nice, and the staff were extremely friendly. I had the breakfast buffet and it was delicious, tons of options so there was something for everyone. My room wasn't great. The toilet didn't work when we got there and we called to get it fixed. It worked for a few hours after getting it fixed and then broke again, leaking water all over the bathroom. Paint was coming off the bathroom wall. The actual bed was nice and comfortable. The surrounding pool area looked really nice but it wasn't the cleanest, however I had arrived after a group of about 50 kids had used it so that may be why. I had food from the bar later at night, it was very standard if not too expensive. Overall I enjoyed my stay but would only come back with kids!

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Gift for my young son upon arrival. Large pool and small pool perfect for family members of varying ages. Towels at the pool. Room is comfortable. There is no FREE PARKING for guests. Very strange given the hotel is not in the middle of the city. 12 CAD a day and 4.46 CAD “marketing fee.” CAUTION for Marriott members: - When you receive the mobile app “check in” and advise what time you are arriving, Delta views this as a “request” and it is NOT CONFIRMED until they send you a notification saying your room is ready. (I have never had any Marriott property ever mention this before. It is sort of mentioned on the app, which the front desk agents reviewed with me ... but not clearly ... the app says “see you soon” after you select your arrival time.) It feels very assumptive that your room will be ready. When we arrived (early) we heard the front desk explaining to another guest that they do not have early check in. That check in is no earlier than 3pm. They did accommodate that person with a fee to upgrade to another room. - They do NOT accept debit payment. They only accept credit cards. We were able to check in with a US Debit/Visa, but had to authorize it with the bank.
