I rented an apartment through Al while I was still abroad, which could have been a big risk, but everything turned out to be 100% real. From the first interaction, Al was professional, responsive, and always available whenever we had any questions or needed help. The apartment was in excellent condition, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. I’ve never moved into a place that was this well-prepared for new tenants. Al is one of the best agents I’ve ever dealt with—honest, helpful, and truly cares about his tenants. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable rental experience.

Me and my wife lived in the unit 2106 for a year. The place was small but cozy. Ideal for a single person or a couple that does not need much space. The place is very light and the balcony offers nice city views. The unit has decent storage space and has a den which is perfect for work from home. The building amenities are amazing with spacious gym, large and well equipped common room, movie room, large pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. Property managed was always very kind, helpful and responsive.

I have rented 2 times already with Rent Vancouver Yaletown Condos, and I had exceptional service and great apartments to stay, very clean, everything is there (like towels, utensils, paper towels, ets). Both condos are in Yaletown, very nice location, everything is close by – stores, restaurants, the seawall. Property Manager is very helpful and very responsive whenever you text or call him.
