It's a place to live, not the greatest, not the worst. For the price now it's semi worth it. The whole adding on utilities for new tenants does suck a lot though. The laundry room is open 24/7 which is a blessing for someone that works overnights like me, place seems well maintained, they have rent cafe now, which is great because Osgoode (previous property management) had that right before they switch to paramount properties and we lost rent cafe for a bunch of years. We also have green bin recycling now too. Only complaints are noisey neighbors, but that's not Paramount's fault and they're not the worst noisey neighbors, and the old windows in every unit. The windows are functional and it'll be a huge investment to replace them, but yeah they're showing their 60 year old age.

This is a nice apartment building, it is kept clean daily and is fairly quiet. The property manager is friendly and welcoming! The walls/floor must be pretty thin because I can hear my upstairs neighbours pretty clearly. Units are very basic and a decent size. Overall would recommend, but I feel like for this price you should get a little more.

Since being taken over by Paramount Properties, the building has gone downhill quickly. The upstairs parking has been shut down and moved into visitor parking - which we are now being charged for. A reduction in service with a fee (Pretty sure that’s not legal). Cleanliness is down. The garbage bins are ALWAYS out now. Makes coming in and out of the parking garage difficult. It’s also always nice for your guests to look at the garbage bins and then pay for parking, especially during the holiday season. Yesterday went out and all the lights were off in the parking garage making it feel extra safe. Overall, wouldn’t recommend this building to anyone. Paramount, you’re doing a terrible job. Time to fill your boots.

A great Management and the whole team is so Welcoming and warm and the building itself is so well maintained . There was some brick work going on and I liked when they explained how the management likes to invest back in the building maintenance to make sure every thing is good. they have so much to offer , they gave an amazing tour and explained all the services they had, Crime free check and Certified Building, Outdoor Clean pool , Picnic Tables and BBQ,this is a perfect place to rent cant complain for anything. .
