The building is filthy and is filled with garbage in the lobby and in all the floors. The superintendent doesn't check to see garbage on all the other floors except for the lobby. Sometimes we can smell smoking in the elevators. Everyday, you can hear the engine noise in the ceilings which make people have a hard time sleeping.

This building is indeed terrible, 1) I have requested the landlord to send someone to fix the light, power outlet for almost 3 months, but they never fixed. 2) When something is broken or needs to get fixed, the superintendent never fixes it! 3) The walls are damaged and has many insects!

I agree with many others that the ceiling noises bother us when we sleep at night. Plus, the bathrooms are very filthy and smell awful. If you don't like to live with insects, this is not going to be your type of home.

The superintendent never vacuums the carpets in all the floors which makes it incredibly dirty and filthy. But she cleans daily on the first floor (where she lives). That is terrible and so unfair. Please don't move here let others know!
