Great place to live! The location is very convenient and the management is responsive and easy to deal with. Thanks to Igor and Ivan that always be there and available to hepl us when we need. We had a good experience during our stay here. Sadly, we had to move out, but if the rent was a bit lower, we would definitely consider coming back. Overall, we would still recommend this place to others.

I would like to mention here, and with great joy, thank our resident manager Igor for his dedication to the role he holds in this company. He is always ready to help and assist without any difficulty. He is very patient with seniors. My husband and I are very happy in this new residency. We give Igor 5 stars for his brilliant service.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for our maintenance supervisor Igor. He is consistently helpful, kind, and professional in every interaction. His punctuality and reliability are truly commendable, he always arrives on time and completes any task efficiently and with great attention to detail. What stands out most is his willingness to go above and beyond to assist residents. No matter the situation, he approaches every request with patience, respect, and a positive attitude. It is clear that he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for everyone in the building. We've been living here for the past few months. The building is really good and full of amenities. The neighborhood is safe and calm all the time and has many places around to shop from. The customer services are always responsive. The residential manager 'Igor' is the best. He's always coming on time and provides help as much as he can and offers suggestions. His communication is great. He's very much respectful and polite. I strongly recommend this place for a living. We never had a major issue that couldn't be fixed immediately or in a couple of days.
