Great Hotel! This is the hotel to stay at. Excellent Service & Comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. Room amenities were spotless, and the mattress is awesome! Perfect location within walking distance to restaurants. The room was modern, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety and clean breakfast setup. Quiet rooms,and very convenient for a quick business trip.

We stayed here during our BC trip, and from the very beginning, I felt truly welcomed. The lady who checked us in, if I’m not mistaken, her name was Manpreet — was absolutely wonderful. She was so polite, pleasant, and genuinely kind. She made our check-in experience so smooth and special. The pool area was great, and especially the sauna which isn’t something you commonly see in many hotels was incredibly relaxing. What truly touched me was the personalized note with my name on it. I’ve seen many IHG hotels do this for Gold, Platinum, or Diamond members, but not usually for Club and Silver members. That thoughtful gesture really meant a lot and shows how much you value your guests. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent service. Thank you kind 😊

We just spent the night at this hotel, and what a treat! Rooms were great, clean, comfy beds! Front desk was very polite! And the Express breakfast was one of the best I’ve been to! Great pancakes, hot fresh food, lots of assortment and spotless! Highly recommend!!!

Heads up about this place if you're trying to organize a team or corporate event. Their front desk people are very pleasant and helpful but management seems incapable of making a decision. It took me 4 attempt to try and book a block of rooms for a conference that we were holding in the area. Their Sales Rep never returned my calls, and despite repeated attempts to get them to commit to a quote they couldn't get their act together. They seem to lack the ability to make a decision and their customer service was terrible. The G.M. and Sales Manager seemed to lack the desire to sell their rooms. I've never seen anything like it; very odd! Holiday Inn Express' loss was the Sandman's gain; they got 125 room nights out of the deal. The response to my google review was very prompt; if the response to my inquiry had been as timely it might not have made such a negative impression on The Holiday Inn Express brand. In the end we were very appreciative of the response from the Sandman Hotel next door and their prompt attention to our request and openness to accommodating has allowed us to offer our delegates accommodations while in Langley.
