Here, you are truly living in the heart of Ottawa. It is true that the building is old and parking spaces are limited for residents, but everything else is available in this building. You don't need to join a gym, swimming pool, sauna or jacuzzi because they are all available here for residents. In addition, the management is quick to respond to repairs and problem solving. Everything is good here.

My wife and I have lived here for 4 years and are very pleased with the services of the current management team After all this time, we have had some repairs done recently. The drywall repairs were superb and we love our new floor in the kitchen. The workman have been very professional and are a credit to Paramount. We are looking forward to the pool reopening after the repairs are complete.!
