Good building-ish and decent price. Moved from a 4 1/2 to a 5 1/2 but the 4 1/2s are more like a 3 1/2 with a half room (at most half the size of the other bedroom.. the price is 720$ though) 5 1/2 is a good upgrade though and under 1000$... much better lay out... Danielle is an awesome concierge and deserves to be treated better by the tenants, she does her best despite Boardwalk not doing

After months of trying to contact manager, finally showed up in person and was told that unless personal info. was given would not get apartment requested. Info. was given and apartment has been rented to someone else, when we had clearly asked for this particular apartment. I think this is a scam to get personal info. when they have no intention of renting to someone and most likely rented it to a friend. Company quoted 760$ for 5.5, but manager said it would be 819$ and refused to sign a lease.

It seems like the owner has the same response for the Reviews, "Unfortunately, I can't find you as a current or past resident at this place". People don't usually put their full names, in this case, because of the Google and Facebook search these useless Landlords tend to do.
