I just moved here a week ago and I already love our new home. The place is amazing (clean, organized and has amenities). The administration and staff are also wonderful. I just went to the Christmas dinner organized by the managers and it was amazing. Lots of effort they have made. My little boy is so happy here too. Moving here has been the best decision!! I lived at this property from 2019 until July 2025, and I can confidently say it’s been a fantastic place to call home. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the SkyTrain station and only 30 minutes to downtown. Everything you need is within easy reach. What truly sets this building apart, though, is the staff. They are consistently courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful. A special mention goes to the building manager, Brenda, who is simply outstanding. She ensures the property is always clean and well-maintained, and she responds to requests promptly and efficiently. The management team is firm but fair, upholding the rules equally for everyone, which made me feel safe and respected throughout my stay. After I moved out, I experienced a family medical emergency. Although I was trying to clean the apartment before handing it back, I was delayed due to these personal circumstances. When Brenda asked for permission to enter the unit for some repairs, I agreed. To my surprise and deep gratitude, when I returned the next day, I found the team had already completed the cleaning themselves. It was an incredibly kind gesture during a difficult time, and I’ll never forget it. Living here was a wonderful experience—from the stunning views to the exceptional management. I wholeheartedly recommend this building to anyone looking for a safe, well-run, and welcoming place to live.

Clean, modern and safe - the building, and suites are well taken care of. The staff are amazing, and supportive while managing day to day activities, and major maintenance issues. All work that impacts the tenants are very well communicated. I also have some pretty amazing river and mountain views. I've been very happy here (since 2018).

We waited until we were fully settled so we could provide an honest review of living at Novare. Being a resident here has been nothing short of exceptional. The environment is quiet, the residents are respectful, and the customer service is top tier. This company truly takes care of its residents; if you have any issues/concerns or require assistance, they address these promptly through their online portal, and their welcoming aura is worth highlighting. The common areas are clean and well maintained, so the standard of cleanliness extends beyond your unit. The building feels very secure and the management team is consistently responsive, which gives us real peace of mind. The location is also ideal, close to all necessary amenities, with transportation available even after midnight. Whether you take the train or the bus, there is always a reliable option, and everything you need is within walking distance. I would like to give a special shout out to Hana, who held our hands throughout the entire process, from the first viewing right through to the application approval. She ensured that all our needs were met and that we were matched with a unit that was right for us to live a comfortable life here at Novare. She is a real asset and a positive face of the company. Overall, our experience has exceeded expectations and we truly feel at home here. We would confidently recommend Novare to anyone looking for a comfortable and well managed place to live.
