We had an exceptional stay at the Georgetown Inn. From the moment we arrived, Steph at the front desk provided outstanding customer service and made us feel truly welcome- she was absolutely exceptional. Our room was amazing and included a thoughtful handwritten welcome card from the staff, which was such a lovely personal touch. We also dined at the pub, where both the food and the service were exceptional. Everything about our stay went above and beyond expectations. This was more than just a great stay, it was truly exceptional. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back.

We just had a stay here and was very impressed with the whole thing. They have obviously recently redone their rooms and the details of the thought is so impressive from a lovely little welcome card, nice tea seat, beautiful chairs for sitting and relaxing, the bed was comfy and they even had black face clothes that said makeup for taking off your make-up. Very well thought out. The decor in the hotel was so nice too, filled with old antics like snowshoes to sewing machines. Staff were very friendly and we had some drinks in the lounge what had an enjoyable atmosphere. Great location. I would highly recommend.

We’ve been coming to Canmore and Banff for 9 years and never noticed this jewel. They serve a great selection of drinks and the food menu is vast. After sampling the beer and food I have to give it a 10/10. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely my new go to place. Thank you for making our visit a very enjoyable experience. We’ll definitely be back….. probably tomorrow evening. 🤗 ⭐️

A wonderful stay with my parents. Came in from calgary for a couple days and it was such a cozy stay. Loved the electric fireplace in the room and the view was so pretty! We went to the pub for dinner and breakfast each day and when I say it was amazing; is a complete understatement. We will definitely be back and I will recommend to everyone! It was lovely
