The front desk staff were very friendly. The front lobby was very nice. The hotel is very expensive for what you get. The bed was so soft I had a sore back when I woke up in the morning. The breakfast was less than adequate. We had to leave a $250 security deposit on the room. I've been traveling for a lot of years and never heard of such a thing. We didn't know there wasn't an elevator and my husband is handicapped. Good thing there are ground floor rooms. There is one luggage cart but there are huge lips at the door entrance and the bedroom door; so it takes two people to get the cart into the building and into the room. Not very convenient. We had been out for the evening and when we returned we had to go to the back of the building to find one of the three spots left. The facility was very busy with a banquet. Certainly no handicapped places available. We would not stay here again.

I stayed here for 4 nights and had the best experience the staff was super helpful and friendly the rooms were very clean and comfortable as well as seemed to be sound proofed very well as I did not here anything going on once the door was closed made for a great night sleep wifi worked great lots of parking even for larger vehicles for me the location was close to where I was working about 6 minutes they do have alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages for purchase right at the front desk I definitely will be booking here again

We booked in with our 13U Hockey team, and after a few hiccups at check-in which were dealt with, our group had a great stay. The staff were friendly, the location was perfect (5 min from the rink) and the group rate was great. We'll be calling again if we come back next year. Cheers

Phone in the room didn't work, no cable tv, staff hardly at the desk or even around at all, no soap bars for shower, and no microwave. The chair in the room was peeling. Bed frame sticking out and hurt my leg on it a couple times. The main door was left propped open so anyone could enter super late at night. Will not be going back! Felt very unsafe!! *Hair dryer was attached to the ironing board in the hall closet and not in the washroom. Went a couple days with wet hair not being able to find it. Feedback from a family member who stayed a few nights. ** The response below by the Inn is incorrect. 5 family members went to pick up our elderly mother because she was feeling unsafe. We all walked in your propped open doors at 10pm. I have nothing to gain by lying.
