Over $300/night and extremely disappointing. After our credit card was taken, we were informed there was a holiday party and our 2-bed room was directly above the event hall. We were warned it would be noisy and only offered a 1-bed room instead, which was unacceptable as we are three people here for a hockey tournament. I called at 10:00 PM and was told the music would stop at 11. At 11:15, it was still blasting and we could feel the bass vibrating in the room. When I went to the front desk, the staff member appeared insulted and responded by saying he had received complaints about the hockey team—despite my child being in the room at 9:00 PM trying to rest. If there were issues, they should have been addressed with the coach, not used defensively when we complained about noise. The room was old and poorly maintained. Bathroom grout was yellow and unclean. The beds didn’t even have proper sheets—we woke up sleeping directly on the mattress. The Bistro Martini Grill was also disappointing. The sausages and bacon were undercooked. We were excited about the pool, but it’s very small with only three lounge chairs. The water was warm, but there’s nowhere to sit. I did receive a discount after complaining, but it doesn’t make up for the experience. I regret booking this hotel and would not recommend it, especially for families or sports teams needing rest.

Overall good hotel in Terrebonne. Went in January 2026 in room 402 with the family. The hotel looked almost empty. Easy to check-in and free parking. The room was very cleaned and the service was great. I don’t recommend the room 402. It’s facing the highway 640 and the noise is wild with very bad isolation. The heater in the bedroom was also contributing to the noise and the set temperature was always fluctuating but couldn’t turn it off because the room got cold so fast. I did find it strange that the hotel gave us this room out of all the otger ones that seemed available. All in all, the hotel is great, slightly on the expensive side for the quality but not overly expensive. Just avoid any room facing the 640 and you should have a great experience.

Daniel at the front desk was exceptionally kind and efficient. Rooms were large, clean, comfortable and quiet. Would stay here again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We visited Impéria Hôtel while traveling from Quebec City to Montreal and had a wonderful experience. We’re from Washington, DC, and this was our first time staying in the Montreal area. The room was super clean, the staff was warm and friendly, and we really enjoyed the on-site restaurant. Their latte with oat milk was a highlight—one of the best we’ve had! Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and welcoming stay.
