Great location — close to the hospital, bus stops, grocery stores, plazas, and malls, which makes everything very convenient. The management team are friendly and helpful, and the building is clean and well maintained. Overall, a great place to live

It is a very good place to live, conveniently located close to public services and amenities. The management and staff are responsive, helpful, and very professional. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-managed building. Definitely recommended!

Good residence with excellent location. Close to amenities and especially the montfort hospital. The building management team (Deanna, José and Alex) is/are always attentive and ready to serve you. Despite its age, the building is well maintained and maintenance work is scheduled very often to improve the quality of service. In addition, the neighbors are respectful and friendly.

I had a fantastic experience living here. The staff were awesome—always friendly, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to help with anything I needed. The level of service was excellent and really made me feel at home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed apartment community!
