I was promised a discounted rate for my stay when I booked with the hotel’s staff via phone. However, when I arrived, I was charged a significantly higher rate than what was agreed upon. The staff at the time was unable to honor the rate, and I had to pay more than I anticipated. The manager was not there to hear my concerns, leaving me disappointed and frustrated. While the room itself was fine, this experience left a sour taste and I’m unsure if I’d return unless this issue is addressed. I would suggest the hotel improve communication with guests about rates and ensure promises are kept to avoid similar situations in the future.

I stayed her with my son, husband and parents for the labour day long weekend and it was a great experience. The staff and manager are extremely friendly and helpful. There is complimentary breakfast which was so good, breakfast sandwiches were much better than Tim Hortons! They have a heated swimming pool and it’s not deep so you feel safe with kids in there. The rooms were so clean, modern and the perfect size. The lobby also has complimentary espresso! Great location next to a mall, shops and restaurants. You won’t regret staying here.

This place was newly renovated and the rooms were spotless. The beds were quite comfortable. The pool area was clean and open until 10pm. Our stay included breakfast at the attached restaurant, and the food was really good. The juices served with the meal were sweet and tasted freshly squeezed. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here.

Well maintained property, service was good. Has a clogged bathtub, once reported the issue was addressed and resolved in no time. The lady at reception was very helpful, helped and guided us plan our day in Quebec City. Breakfast was good, a convenient store is at walkable distance which makes it great for a stay. Highly recommended if you are considering this property for a stay.
