Everyone was very nice! They speak French but spoke to me in English. Thank you for that! I gave 4 stars for one reason. The blankets on the bed were covered in hair. Black amd blonde hair all over them, and they were worried about my dog going on the bed. I think that's gross to have a dog in your bed. I love her but she sleeps on the floor. Room was good enough for one night. Water was nice and hot! In a great location, right off the hwy, so convenient on a long trip. Food and gas right next door. Everything was great. Just have to work on changing those blankets between rentals.

Beautiful rooms. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I have the best shower I've had in years!! The water pressure was awesome!! Not to mention duel shower heads. I stopped in to spend the night because of a snow storm and bad road conditions, I was very happy I did!

Staying here for a trip to Quebec is very convenient in terms of transportation. The front desk staff patiently introduced the surrounding attractions, and their service attitude was excellent. The room was also clean, very satisfactory.

Stayed at this hotel in August. Rooms need a refresh. Had the same room on 2 separate visits curtains off the track and air conditioner makes loud noise. On second visit, arrived late, checked the bathroom sink, bathtub and toilet not cleaned from previous guest and used towels hanging on the towel bar. Guest service agent cleaned the bathroom that night for us. When.I brought it to the attention of the front desk and general manager, nothing could be done only a 20% discount on my next stay. I don't live in Quebec. Needless to say I will never stay in a choice hotel again.
