Stayed one night in Oct 2025 and no complaints. Not a 5* experience, but I also didn't pay a 5* rate either. More or less posting my review so visitors know what to expect. Hotel Lobby is nice, clean, and reception staff are friendly, but no offer to take bags to the room - lost a star there. The rooms were nice although the bathrooms are a bit dated. Not really any extras included in the stay (breakfast), and coffee in the room is blah. The daily parking fee is high IMO but similar to other parking rates at downtown hotels. The hotel is within walking distance to Old Town and this was the reason I chose to stay here. The location is great, and the rooms are fair for the price I paid.

I’m giving this hotel a 1/10. Despite charging over $200 for the room, almost everything else comes at an additional cost. Basic amenities like a toothbrush or toothpaste aren’t provided — you’re told to buy them from the shop downstairs. No slippers available either. Parking was shown as included at the time of booking, yet I was charged an extra $40. EV charging is separate as well. Spa services are advertised, but there are none in reality. At this price point, the experience was disappointing and far from convenient. I would not recommend it and definitely won’t be returning.

Had a really pleasant stay at Courtyard by Marriott – Downtown Montreal. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made the stay relaxing. I really appreciated the guest laundry facilities, such a convenient feature, especially for longer stays. The pool and Jacuzzi were well-maintained and a great way to unwind after a long day. Overall, it was a very nice experience with great amenities and a comfortable atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

This hotel is rated three stars, which feels fair—though two and a half stars might be a more accurate reflection of the overall experience. We asked for two pairs of slippers and were told they simply don’t provide them. We also forgot our shaving cream, and while we weren’t expecting luxury amenities, basic toiletries are typically standard even at a three-star property. Instead, we were directed to purchase it from the small convenience shop in the lobby. The saving grace was the front desk staff. They were consistently warm, professional, and efficient, making check-in and other interactions pleasant. Tip: If you're arranging a pickup, ask to be met at the parking lot entrance at the intersection of Rue Anderson and Boulevard René-Lévesque Ouest. There's a roundabout there, and taxis are usually waiting nearby. It's much more convenient than the main entrance.
