Stayed one evening on my last business trip to MTL. Location was very close to YUL, room was clean and quite nice. Rooms are compact but very nice designed. Was happy with the stay. Shuttle runs 24/7. Made a mistake charging my personal CC instead of the company card. Spoke with Bonvoy, who looped in Stephanie @ Aloft. She was tremendous to deal with in getting the charges sorted out. Will definitely be returning. Great job Steph, you deserve a raise or a free lunch at minimum

The staff were great. The location is great very close to the airport. The shuttle works every 30 minutes. The bed is very comfortable for me not to want to leave the hotel. The only thing is kind of confusing is the way you order food. They made me order food in the bar and go to my table and they will bring it there. It took a little longer than I expect, but it was good food too.

This place is great! Yassir, At the front desk was truly great! He went the extra mile to accommodate me,a very exhausted traveler whose card had been frauded and I was unraveling. He was super.The place is really nice and clean. Salads for sale in the lobby. Top notch.Free shuttle to the airport. Food in lobby is overpriced. Put me in a noisy room for second night. Airplanes overhead.

Not a bad hotel, just a less than great experience for the cost. When I checked in, I went up to the room they gave me went in the door and realized that it had not been cleaned since the last person checked out. So I had to go back down to the front desk and ask for a different room. That evening I sat at the bar and ordered an old-fashioned. They asked if I'd like a double I said sure assuming that's how they were made anyways, or maybe it was a bit more.. It was $18 for the old-fashioned, plus $12 extra for the additional oz. $30 + tax and tip for an okay 2oz old-fashioned with bottom shelf whiskey felt like a terrible rip-off even for an airport hotel bar. It's also $30 to park there for one night, in a half plowed parking lot. It's Montreal, it's an airport, I realize the price increase of these things but it felt like a real money grab for a very mediocre experience.
