This hotel was absolutely surreal—an amazing experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Quebec City with so many attractions within walking distance. The only minor downside was that parking is about a 5–8 minute walk away, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Huge salute to the staff for being incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially since I don’t speak or understand French. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel on our next visit to Quebec City. Highly recommended!

What a lovely stay in the heart of Old City! The staff was very friendly and went out of the way to make us comfortable. I loved getting to see the courtyard of the Frontenac in our back yard. They don’t have an elevator but the staff helped us with our bags and recommended a garage close by to park!

Very charming hotel with big cozy rooms and friendly stuff, located in the heart of Old Québec. The next door restaurant, which you also Get a 15% discount for upon arrival, has amazing breakfast and brunch options and a nice ambience. Only thing that could be critized are the bathroom facilities, mainly the shower, which was still functional and big, but just a little old.

Had a great stay here as a couple. Room was spacious and comfortable with a view of square and the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. No parking available but good underground parking garage a block away $21CA per day. Guys at the front desk had great recommendations for places to eat and were very helpful during our stay. Got a discount on the breakfast at the restaurant downstairs as a hotel guest and the food was great with large portions! Would highly recommend this hotel!
