I had a great living experience at 335 MacLaren. I lived there for over three years and you could not ask for a better location for the price. Everything you need is at maximum, a 10-minute walk or less. The building is clean, the superintendent and head of maintenance is fantastic and the administration team will always help you with anything you need. The New Yorker is easily 10/10!

I spent a very happy year there, moving only to be nearer family. John Harte is to be commended for his kindness and caring. Superintendent Ryan who was there briefly when I first moved in was always ready to help and most polite. Albeen who succeeded Ryan was always cheerful and ready to help at a moments notice. I should also mention The lady who cleans the common areas, great job Wilhelmina. Thank you to them all. My only complaint would be the strong smell of cigarette smoke, day and night.

Stay away. Had very bad experience with District Realty there. Very unprofessional. Laundry is pretty bad, gross. For a long time they kept heating off against the city's regulations, despite our protest. Then we would notice the ventilation was down to a trickle, likely to save on heating, for months. When working from home, we would always feel sleepy until we decided to open the windows in mid winter. I feel bad for some decent people that work there, under that kind of management.

I had a fantastic experience living here for the past two years. The location is a perfect balance in the central core, everything you need is within a 15-20min walk AT THE MOST. Professional service, great property manager. I highly recommend this location. Cheers.
