I gave this a 5 star because I live here. I have a large one bedroom with a south west exposure on the upper 3 floors. I've lived here for awhile. TTC right outside, 3 corners. A food Basics next-door. Castle Frank is a 5 minute walk. Wellesley station is a 15 minute walk if you'd like to walk on a nice day. Everything is in reach here, shops down Parliament Street and downtown Toronto and all of the shops there is just a quick hop on the bus/subway away! The building is very family friendly, a lot of immigrant families, very friendly people. The security in the complex is the only problem as they're NEVER around, you never see them patrolling the halls ever, which is why a lot of homeless people get in and others, like scammers. If the security detail were doing their job, there would be a lot less problems.

Very good price, Nice apartment in a nice area, people think it’s the only place with pest problems, welcome to Toronto, everywhere there are the same problems, in this place they solve your problems quickly

Terrible experience. Avoid this building at all costs.Cockroaches everywhere, regardless of how much you clean or try to get rid of them they’re already infesting the building. Homeless frequently enter and sleep in the stairwells and hallways, leaving behind strong odors. The walls are constantly damp, and when you report it, management just paints over the problem instead of fixing it properly.
