Nice hotel that appears to be new or recently renovated. We stayed for one night after flying in from the West Coast of the U.S. to rest up before driving a few hours up to Mont Tremblant. It was very convenient just a 5 minute hop on the free shuttle from the terminal. Staff are super friendly and had our room ready even though we were more than an hour early for check-in (IHG platinum and Intercontinental ambassador status may have helped). For an airport Holiday Inn, I was impressed with the level of service and general design and amenities of the hotel—better than any Holiday Inn I’ve stayed at in the U.S. We have reserved a family suite, which was nice and spacious with a separate bedroom and living room, a kitchenette, as well as a dining area and a balcony. I will say though that with the sofa bed made up for our son it only left a few inches between the foot of the bed and the furniture making it difficult to pass between the bedroom and living room as it blocked the way. Not a huge deal but perhaps the furniture could be rearranged to avoid this blocking. Being an airport hotel I didn’t expect much from the neighbourhood, but it was actually walkable to a fast food place just behind the hotel. The restaurant inside the hotel is also pretty decent. The indoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are very nice, especially on a cold and snowy winter day! We will definitely stay here again for a break before or after a flight at YUL.

Excellent stay at the Holidays Inn near the YUL airport! The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, making everything smooth from check-in to departure. The amenities were well-maintained and very convenient, especially for a short stay before an early flight. The on-site restaurant was a pleasant surprise — great food, great service, and a comfortable atmosphere. But the real standout was the **breakfast buffet**. It offered an impressive variety, everything was fresh, and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel for its quality, comfort, and exceptional hospitality!

We stayed here prior to flying to Mexico and ate in the restaurant. Sarah was amazing!! She was quite busy but did an excellent job serving everyone, she is a Gem! Also like to mention front desk girl,Marianna, very efficient and personable. Thanks for the great stay, we will be back😀👍

Room was clean, needs updating with drapes. Bed was very soft but comfortable. Very shady guests in lobby, vulgar language upon our late arrival, not a good first impression. Front desk service fella was very friendly and helpful.
